RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.
If products from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the date when the last product is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through our customer account portal at https://account.vgsolid.com or notify us through a clear statement sent to vgsolid@protonmail.com.
After notifying us, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

Please request the return before sending the products so that we can provide the appropriate instructions and identify your shipment.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
You may inspect and handle a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way that you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store.
You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. Where available, please return the product with its accessories, labels, documentation, and original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a return resulting from a change of mind or from exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the products.
If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, non-conforming, or different from the product ordered, the return shipping cost will be borne by KANSO WORLD SRL. Please contact us before returning such a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us without undue delay at vgsolid@protonmail.com if the product is defective, damaged, non-conforming, or incorrect.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate and resolve it.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer’s statutory rights regarding non-conforming products.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal might not apply to products covered by a legal exception, including, where applicable:
• products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio, video, or software products, if unsealed after delivery;
• digital content supplied without a tangible medium after performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
An exception will be applied only when the relevant legal conditions are met.
Products purchased at a discount or during a sale are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because their price was reduced.
Gift cards are non-returnable only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
If you want a different product, size, or variant, request a return for the original product and place a separate order after the return has been accepted, unless we agree on another solution.
REFUNDS
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the amounts received for the returned products, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without unjustified fees.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide evidence that the products have been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed within the deadlines required by applicable consumer-protection law. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may submit a cancellation request through https://account.vgsolid.com before the order is fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, you may use the return procedure described above.
